Michael, a Raleigh native, has been building / renovating homes for over 20 years and is a licensed General Contractor.
Our hourly rate is $149, and we offer a $50 referral discount.
TERMS: A satisfied customer is important to us. When the customer and handyman agree to a job, the handyman will spend no more than 4 hours on it. If the job requires more than 4 hours, we will get express permission in writing via text or other medium to continue work beyond that. Any time spent gathering material from Home Depot or other store is chargeable time.
